Customer Service/Customer Care Person
We are seeking someone to provide a lively and friendly customer care and service to the customers that use our rapidly expanding contractor management company. You will be primarily dealing with our customers and contractors and will liase with other parts of our organisation to ensure that we consistently deliver a top quality service.
You should have experience in a customer care/customer service environment and have sound administration and organisation skills. Experience of our market is not necessary as full training will be provided. There will be opportunities to develop into other roles within our organisation.

We are seeking individuals to recruit contractors and freelancers to utilise our services. You will have proven sales skills, a professional and relaxed telephone manner, good time management and organisation skills, be PC literate and able to develop a good rapport with customers and clients. Ideally you will come from a recruitment agency background and preferably with experience in the technical or IT sectors. You will be required to consistently deliver an ethical and top quality service to our clients, customers and contractors. Base salary is dependent on experience, and the OTE is uncapped.
